Silver Lake’s townhoms also have a four star rating, which typically translates to the second-highest price in townhouses.
The townhouses are listed on FENNEWOOD Residence clubs website for $9.4 million.
They also have the lowest price ever paid for a single-family home in Silver Lakes.
A Silver Lake home with four bedrooms for $6.8 per squarefoot and two baths for $7.2 per square have a three star rating.
The homes are listed for the SilverLake Residence and Spa, which have a five star rating and are listed at a $7,700 per square-foot price.
