New Jersey will host its first ever Treetops trail on Friday.
New Jersey’s Treetapark will host a 1.6-mile hike on a steep, rocky and wooded area along the Treetopia Trail.
The hike will include a stop at a restaurant called the Triton and Treetopping Restaurant which will offer meals from scratch, with an emphasis on the local food.
It’s not the first time the restaurant has offered meals on the trail.
There will also be a “beef wagon” ride and a local fishing boat.
It will take about four hours to hike the trail, which will be open to the public.
There is no price tag for the trail and the trail is expected to be open for the duration of the event.
The park is currently the only one in the country that offers hiking on the Temptation trail.
It will be the first of its kind in the state.
This isn’t the first Treetopedist event in New Jersey.
In 2013, the Garden State hosted its first Tempting of the Trail in Camden.
There was a Treetoping Festival and Temptin the Tugfest.
